INCREDIBLE INDIA

Merit Hosted Departure

India’s amazing diversity offers a wide variety of experiences and opportunities. As you set foot in India you may be greeted by a graceful Namaste, a gesture that denotes both welcome and respect. With its 22 recognized indigenous written languages, this sprawling country is a veritable United Nations unto itself. It is extremely complex, rich and diverse.

Bound by the majestic Himalayan ranges in the north and surrounded by the spectacular coastlines of three seas, India is a combination of beautiful landscapes, golden beaches, magnificent historical sites, palaces, temples, royal cities, rich cultural heritages and exotic food. This trip begins in Delhi and will visit Varnasi, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Pushcar, Tordi Garh, Ranthambore, Jaipur and Agra. While in the north we will experience the festival of Diwali, look for tigers and other wildlife in the Ranthambore State Wildlife Reserve, visit the Pushkar Camel Fair, see the Taj Mahal and explore the rich cultural heritage of this unique country. It will end in the southern state of Kerala. Here we will visit the city of Cochin which is built around a saltwater lagoon of the Arabian Sea. We will travel by houseboat around the labyrinth of waterways to visit local villages.
